Shipment

The goods are delivered from our story by a standard delivery service.The goods are delivered from our warehouse by GLS. The delivery to Germany and Austria usually takes between 1 and 2 working days. Deliveries to an packing stations is not possible.

If your package has not been delivered 3 days after the shipment notification, please inform us, so that we can check your delivery and see if any problems occurred.

The delivery to other countries is also carried out by GLS. It takes between 5 and 6 working days. However, there may be delays due to customs controls etc.

Wherever you live, ... Your package is always insured. If your package has been lost or damaged, we will send you a new one according to availability or refund the oder price den payed.

Please note: After we have shipped we will send a shipment notification to the indicated e-mail address. You will receive your package during the next days. If the indicated address is wrong, or you refuse to accept the delivery, the package is returned to us. In this case, we reserve the right, to charge you with the delivery costs and the return.
